Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "(i). To issue a direction to the respondent no.2 Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), Jhansi to expedite the Application/Case No. 70 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.D202406370002961) filed under Section 21(2) of U.P. Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021 within some stipulated time period. "
Learned counsel for petitioner submitted aforesaid case is pending since long, therefore, a direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents has no objection.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to learned Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), Jhansi-respondent no.2 to decide the Application/Case No. 70 of 2024 if possible within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
