This is an adjourned meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvents touching their estate and affairs.

Shri Bajaj, Director of Petitioning Creditor informs that, Advocate on record undergone Retinal Eye Surgery, therefore, she is unable to attend today’s meeting. Today, Petitioning Creditor has placed before me copy of gate pass of Indigo Flight from Bombay to Hydrabad of Insolvent No. 1 Rahul Leekha abovenamed of travelling on 7th August,

Insolvents have already been served with the memo dated 12th June, 2025 by this Office directing him not to leave the jurisdiction without obtaining prior written permission of the Official Assignee or Hon’ble : 2 : Insolvency Court inspite of having knowledge that he should not to leave the jurisdiction, he went to Hydrabad and this attitude / conduct of the Insolvent No. 1 of not abiding by the direction issued by the Official Assignee cannot be tolerated and amount to breach of duties of Insolvent provided in Section 33 of the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act, 1909.

Insolvent was absent in the meeting dated 8th August 2025, even today he is absent and has travelled without permission of the Hon’ble Court and Official Assignee this kind of conduct could not be tolerated though the Insolvents want to settle the dues till he is in Insolvency he has to obey the direction of the Official Assignee which he has failed.

Registry is directed to prepare appropriate report for the conduct of the Insolvent under Section 33 of the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act, 1909. PER O.A:
