The Notice of Motion has been taken out for an order of annulment under Section 21(1) of the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act, 1909.

The Official Assignee has produced before the Court a receipt issued by the Petitioning Creditor in token of having received full and final settlement of its claim including costs, charges and advertisement expenses. No other claim has been received. The Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
