The present application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 2.4.2024 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bidhuna, District Auraiya in Original Suit No.222 of 2021 whereby the trial court had allowed the application for temporary injunction, marked as Paper No.6- C, filed by the applicant in the aforesaid suit. The applicant has the remedy to institute appropriate proceedings under Order XXXIX Rule 2-A of the Code of Civil Procedure Code, 1908 before the trial court itself. It is not a case to institute proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The contempt application is dismissed. Order Date :- 11.9.2024 IB
