Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that opposite party No.4 had filed an appeal which was disposed of by the learned Sub-Collector, Anandapur vide order dated 22nd September, 2023 (Annexure-5) and the said order of the Appellate Authority has not been challenged, while disposing of the writ petition, the Court directs that the eviction shall be carried out by opposite party No.3 in case no revision is filed against the said order (Annexure-5), an exercise which shall be concluded preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
