#1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

#2. In filing the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the notice to show cause issued by the Additional Tahasildar, Nabarangpur in Encroachment Case No.4-1507/2026 vide Annexure-2.

#3. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

#4. Learned counsel for the State, at the outset, submits that instead of filing reply to the show cause notice vide Annexure-2, the Petitioner has preferred the present Writ Petition. Hence, the prayer made in this Writ Petition is premature.

Considering the above submission of learned counsel for Signature Not Verified the State, this Court directs the Petitioner to file her reply Digitally Signed Signed by: AYASKANTA JENA Designation: Personal Assistant Reason: Authentication Location: High Court of Orissa Date: 07-Aug-2026 19:40:27 to the show cause notice vide Annexure-2 within a period of ten working days hence. In such event, the Additional Tahasildar, Nabarangpur shall look into the reply of the Petitioner and pass a lawful order on the said reply of the Petitioner pertaining to the above noted Encroachment Case within a period of fifteen working days thereafter.
