#1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. 3. The petitioners have approached following prayer: this Court with Order No. 01. . (iii) “It is therefore prayed that, this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased:- (i) To admit the writ petition, (ii) To quash issued by letter dated 25.06.2026 Tahasildar, Soro and quash the order dated 30.06.2026 passed in demarcation Case No. 212/2026, 213/2026 and 214/2026 by the Tahasildar, Soro To direct the said Tahasildar, Soro to undertake the demarcation proceeding in view of his own order dated 10.06.2026 and 23.06.2026 passed in the above mentioned demarcation cases by deploying the police persoonels in order to prevent breach of law and order by scheduling a date under intimation to the parties. And may pass any other order/orders, direction/directions as deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice. And for which act of kindness the petitioners shall as in duty bound ever pray.”
#4. Pursuant to order passed by this Court in the earlier writ application being W.P.(C). No. 21515 of 2025, steps for demarcation have already been initiated, as evident from the letter dated 30.06.2026 of the Tahasildar, Soro. It is submitted that the matter has not progressed thereafter. 5. Having regard to the fact that the demarcation process has been initiated, there is no reason why the same would not proceed with expeditiously in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Soro to proceed with the demarcation process to conclude the same in accordance with law as early as possible.
