Learned counsel for the State has produced the letter dated 09.01.2025 of the Government of Odisha in Water Resources Department wherein it is stated that the case of the petitioner has been considered and rejected due to legal impediment in the form of non- applicability of the referred judgment by the petitioner. The letter is taken on record. In view of the letter of the Government, since the order dated 08.04.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.7984 of 2024 has been complied with, no further order is required to be passed in this contempt application. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move the appropriate authority seeking appropriate remedy in accordance with law. Accordingly, the CONTC is dropped. Judge ( S.K.
