ORDER 23.07.2025 Heard learned counsel for the Parties. By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks intervention of this Court for a direction to the Opposite Party No. 3 to register the complaint under Annexure-1.
Mr. Parija, learned counsel for the Petitioner, in course of hearing, submitted that earlier complaint was by the mother of the present Petitioner who was found impersonated in execution of the Sale Deed and the aforesaid complaint of the mother have been registered vide Nimakhandi PS Case No.313 of 2024 dated
30.11.2024. The investigation in respect to the aforesaid charge sheet is in progress. It is submitted by Mr. Parija, learned counsel for the Petitioner that subsequently it the Petitioner has also been impersonated in the execution of the Sale Deed.
Keeping in view the aforesaid submission and the fact that the complaint of the Petitioner has already been taken as Diary No.13, the Investigating Agency is directed to take up the investigation pursuant to the registration of the FIR in accordance with law. With the aforesaid direction, the CRLMP stands disposed of.
