#1. The matter was presented before this Court on
21.06.2019. 2. The petitioner-husband in the marriage has filed the petition seeking transfer of ICC Case No. 155 of 2019 pending before the court of learned S.D.J.M., Puri to the learned S.D.J.M., Rourkela or learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur. 3. Notices were directed to be issued by the coordinate Bench by order dated 12.02.2020. The order dated 12.02.2020 has not been complied with. 4. By order dated 24.03.2026, the following was directed: “4. The matter shall be listed on 7.4.2026. Copy of this order along with next date shall be intimated petitioner by the Registry. It would be indicated in the cause list that the matter shall be disposed of.” learned counsel The efforts of the Registry to intimate the learned

The learned counsel for the petitioners files memo of date which states thus: “The petitioners and the trial court counsel are not in touch with the present counsel and as such they is no update instructions pertaining to the subject matter. Hence the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to allow for withdrawal of the case. (sic) The memo is taken on record. Scanned copy be updated. 7. Copy of the letter from the learned J.M.F.C. (Cognizance Taking-I), Puri to the learned Registrar, Civil Court, Puri dated 09.03.2026 received in the Registry indicates that the matter is pending before the learned J.M.F.C. (Cognizance Taking-I), Puri and it has been sent for mediation for the Nation 2.0 drive and report from the DLSA is awaited. Copies of this order shall be forwarded to the learned J.M.F.C. (Cognizance Taking-I), Puri as well as DLSA, Puri to be tagged to the records of 1CC No.155 of 2019.
