Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.
Having regard to the nature of allegation as appearing from the F.I.R. and the offence alleged which stems from a matrimonial discord between the husband and wife, he seeks granting protection.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event any such exigency arises, the investigating agency should resort to the provision under Section 41A Cr.P.C, if otherwise it does not involve grave offence.
