JAIN WITH SHRI SUNIL JAIN-ADVOCATES ) .....RESPONDENTS This appeal coming on for admission this day, JUSTICE ROHIT ARYA passed the following: ORDER This intra-Court appeal under Section 2(1) of the Madhya Pradesh Khand Nyaypeeth Ko Appeal Adhiniyam, 2005 is directed against the order dated 11/10/2012 passed in W.P. No.1077/2009 by the learned Single Judge. The subject matter of the writ petition relates to allotment of LPG Dealership. The appellant participated in the process of selection alongwith other competitors. Upon relative assessment of the credentials, Indian Oil Corporation decided to allot LPG dealership in favour of respondent No.5. At this stage, appellant preferred a writ petition No.1077/2009 alleging that the process for allotment was not followed at the time of allotment of LPG dealership in favour of respondent No.5. This Court having perused the impugned order is of the considered view that the contentions raised by the appellant has been aptly dealt with by the learned Single Judge.
