Nevertheless, regard being had to the nature of grievance, it appears that due to inadvertence such statement was made as stated by learned counsel for the appellant. Hence, in the ends of justice, on equitable principle, liberty is granted to file writ petition afresh. With the aforesaid, present appeal stands disposed of.
