FOR STATE ON ADVANCE NOTICE) .....RESPONDENTS This petition coming on for orders this day, t h e court passed the following: ORDER The present petition is filed seeking a direction to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2022 regarding grant of regular increment from the date of initial appointment as per the judgment passed by the Signature Not Verified Signed by: VARGHESE MATHEW Signing time: 29-11-2022 10:15:40 2 division bench in WA No.492/2006 State of MP Vs. Vinodmohan Shrivastava. It is submitted that father of the petitioner was working on the post of Assistant Grade III with the respondents and he was entitled as per the Condition No.5 of the appointment. He was entitled for regular increment either on passing of hindi typing examination or on completing the age of 40 years from the date of initial appointment after one year of service. The petitioner has submitted a representation on 21.11.2022 before the District Education Officer, District Ratlam which is pending for consideration. After hearing learned counsel for petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No.2 District Education Officer, Ratlam to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2022 Annexure P/4 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of communication of the order.
