Operative part

Mr. Vinay Zelawat, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Vishal Baheti, Learned counsel for the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent has drawn attention of this Court towards Sec. 23(e) of the M. P. Accommodation Control Act, 1961 and his contention is that a revision lies against the impugned order and writ petition is not maintainable. This Court has carefully gone through Sec. 23(3) of the M. P. Accommodation Control Act, 1961 and there is certainly a remedy of preferring a revision in the matter. Resultantly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to prefer a revision petition in accordance with law. A copy of the original order be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner on substitution of the photo copy of the same. KR (S. C. SHARMA) J U D G E
