ORDER On 10.01.2022, 17.01.2022 and 02.02.2022 none was present on behalf of the applicant to argue the matter and the case was adjourned. On 02.02.2022, the case was adjourned with the observation that no further adjournment shall be given on the next date of hearing. Even then, today none is present for the applicant to argue the case, which shows that the applicant is not interested to prosecute this case. So, the case is dismissed for want of prosecution.
