ADV.) .....RESPONDENT/STATE This mcrc coming on for admission this day, the court passed the following: Verification report has been received. ORDER At the outset learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he has filed an application (I.A.No.1047/2022) for grant of temporary bail to the applicant on account of medical condition of his wife, so he does not wish to press the bail application. Prayer is accepted. Accordingly, M.Cr.C. is dismissed as withdrawn. Heard on I.A.No.1047/2022, which is an application for grant of temporary bail. Applicant Mukesh Kumar Pawar has been arrested on 17/8/2021 in connection with Crime No.427/2021 registered at Police Station M.P. Nagar, Distt. Bhopal for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420 and 120-B of the IPC. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the delivery of his wife is due Signature Not Verified SAN and expected due date is 6/4/2022. Except the applicant, there is no one in his family to look after his wife, therefore, the applicant be released on temporary bail for two months. In this regard, he also filed medical treatment papers of his wife. 2 Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer. Looking to the reason assigned by the applicant and the report, the IA No.1047/2022 is allowed. It is directed that the applicant be released on interim bail from 28/03/2022 to 11/4/2022 upon his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned C.J.M/trial Court. The applicant is directed to surrender before the concerned Court on 12/4/2022. Learned counsel for the applicant shall file the copy of the order-sheet relating to surrender of the applicant thereafter. It is made clear that if the applicant do not surrender on the aforesaid date, the trial Court shall take appropriate action regarding the same.
