In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3-Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Shahdol to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
