Biswajit, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant has handed up in Court today an order dated 22.08.2023 issued in the name of the Governor of Manipur. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties in unison state that in view of the said order dated 22.08.2023 whereby the appellant, Shri Kharibam Hitler Singh, Range Forest Officer, has been appointed as Manipur Forest Service Grade-II; the relief prayed for in this proceeding, the writ appeal may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
