Nikhil, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, submits that writ petition may be closed as infructuous as the petitioner has got relief as prayed for in the writ petition. [2] Mr. S. Nikita, learned counsel for the private respondent, submit that this Court may pass appropriate order in terms of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
