16.10.2023, not because there is any error apparent on it, but because the petitioners have not been able to pay, as per the orders therein.
#2. Sri.P.C.Anil Kumar – learned Standing Counsel for the Kerala State Financial Enterprises Ltd. (KSFE), in response, submitted that his client is willing to accede to the request of the petitioners only if they pay a minimum of Rs.10 lakhs on or before 30.03.2024; and the balance of the defaulted instalments, along with instalment falling due in April 2024, on or before 30.04.2024.
