07.02.2024, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING: W.P.(C) NO.3370 OF 2024 -2- JUDGMENT Dated this the 7th day of February, 2024 The limited plea of the petitioner is that the 1st respondent be directed to take up Ext.P4 representation, preferred by him, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
#2. The learned Senior Government Pleader – Sri. Sunil Kumar Kuriakose, in response, submitted that if the petitioner only requires Ext.P4 to be taken up and disposed of, there does not appear to be any legal impediment for the respondents in doing so; but prayed that this Court may not make any affirmative declarations in his favour and leave it to the said respondent to take an appropriate decision thereon, as per law.

Taking note of the afore submissions, I direct the 1st respondent to take up Ext.P4 and dispose of the same, after affording him an opportunity of being heard; thus culminating in an appropriate order and necessary action thereon, as expeditiously as is possible, but not W.P.(C) NO.3370 OF 2024 -3- later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. This writ petition is thus ordered.
