ANTONY DOMINIC, J.........................................WP(C)No.30680 of 2012 .........................................DATED 20th DECEMBER,2012JUDGMENT Exts.P4 to P6 are the orders of assessment passedagainst the petitioner under the CST Act. Aggrieved bythese orders, petitioner filed Exts.P6, P7 and P8 appealsalong with Exts.P10, P11 and P12 stay petitions. Theappeals and the stay petitions are pending consideration ofthe second respondent. In the meanwhile, recoveryproceedings have been initiated against them by Exts.P1and P2. It is therefore, this writ petition is filed. 2. Taking note of the pendency of the appeals and thestay petitions, I direct the second respondent, AppellateAuthority to pass orders thereon. This, the AppellateAuthority shall do at any rate, within four weeks from today.In the meanwhile, further proceedings pursuant to Exts. P1and P2 will stand stayed.
