Raman, J: The main relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to quash Ext.P9. Ext.P9 is passed not by a statutory authority. According to the petitioner, he has preferred Ext.P10 revision along with Ext. P11 interlocutory application for stay against Ext. P9 before the Commissioner of the Malabar Devaswom.
