Final orders under Section 7A ofthe Act has also been passed. The real grievance ofthe petitioner arises from what is termed as “failure onthe part of the respondents to give credit to theamounts already remitted”. There is also an allegationthat 32 out of the 34 employees of the petitioner havealready withdrawn their applications. 2. In my view, the contention of thepetitioner, that the amounts due from the petitionerhas already been remitted, shall be considered in thecourse of a reconciliation of account. The petitionermay clearly point out the payments and remittancesmade with reference to dates, within four weeks fromtoday. Thereupon, the Enforcement Officer shall refer W.P.(C)No.32520 of 2006:: 2 ::to the accounts and pleas made by the petitioner anddraw up a statement of reconciliation. Coerciveproceedings against the petitioner for the amountsdue, shall be taken, after such reconciliation iseffected. I make it clear that I have not, in anymanner, intended to interfere with the assessment ofcontribution made against the petitioner. Subject to the above, the writ petition isdisposed of.
