Learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that claiming that the petitioner is the son of Sri. SankaranNamboothirippad, who claims that his father was the owner of the property which houses the police quarters, cut and removed trees and a crime is registered as 1710/2012 of Angamali Police station under section 427, 447 and 34 IPC. It is submitted that investigation is going on.
We record the said submission and permit the police officer to carry on investigation in accordance with law. There will be no harassment. We leave it open to the petitioner to take such steps as advised against the crime. According to the petitioner, the property belongs to the petitioner for which he had all the documents.
