It is submitted bycounsel for the petitioner that following Ext.P3 notice of hearing, revision itself has been heard on 28-1-2008 and final order hasbeen reserved. In the meanwhile, counsel submits that recoveryproceedings have been initiated by Ext.P4 and hence this writpetition is filed. 2. If as stated by the petitioner, the revision has beenheard on 28-1-2008, the first respondent shall pass final ordersin the matter as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, withinfour weeks form the date of production of a copy of thisjudgment. In the meanwhile further proceedings pursuant todemand notice under the Revenue Recovery Act will standstayed for six weeks. Petitioner shall produce a copy of this W.P.C.4611/2008-2-judgment before the first respondent for compliance. I clarify that if the appeal has not been heard contrary towhat is stated in the writ petition, this judgment will standautomatically recalled. Writ petition is disposed of as above.
