Dated this the 5th day of July, 2012 ORDER This is an application made under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act for the appointment of an Arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the applicant and the respondents.
#2. Annexure-I is a partnership deed between the parties, clause 17 of which provides for resolution of disputes by arbitration. The applicant sought appointment of an Arbitrator, which was not conceded and therefore, this Application was filed.
#3. Today when the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the respondents also submitted that they have no objection in the appointment of Sri. Gopakumaran Nair.P. Advocate, whose name has been mentioned in Annexure-III notice issued by the applicant, as the Arbitrator. A.R.1/12 2 In the light of the submission thus made on behalf the respondents, I appoint Sri. Gopakumaran Nair.P. Advocate, Market Road, Ernakulam, Kochi-35 as Arbitrator, to resolve the dispute between the applicant and the respondents.
