In a petition under Article 226of the Constitution of India, we cannot decide who are the actual officebearers of a society or the inter-se dispute between the office bearers. Theparties have to approach the appropriate forum for deciding such disputes. However, without prejudice to the right of the parties in approaching theappropriate forum, the police is directed to see that law and order ismaintained.
