He has preferred Ext.P6 rectification application, praying to rectify the alleged mistakes in Ext.P5 assessment order. This Writ Petition is filed, praying for a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on it. The learned Government Pleader, upon instruction, submitted that Ext.P6 is received and pending and it will be disposed of without delay. This submission is recorded. The petitioner shall be afforded an opportunity of being heard before the disposal of Ext.P6. Final orders on Ext.P6 shall be passed as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
