Chief Justice) Petitioner and Advocate of petitioner present, 2nd respondent's counsel also present. Parties have settled the matter. The 1st petitioner has paid Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand only) today to the 2nd respondent-Bank. Balance Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) will be paid towards full settlement on or before 31.1.2007. The 2nd respondent agrees to withdraw R.R. Proceedings forthwith. In case the balance of Rs.2,000/- is not paid, the petitioner will lose the benefit and the entire amount covered under the demand will become payable. Writ Petition is stand settled as stated above.
