No. 7277 OF 2003 ----------------------------------- Dated this the 3rd day of January, 2007 A W A R D K.JOHN MATHEW (Rtd. Judge) The petitioner and 4th respondent and their counsel are present. 3rd respondent Deputy Tahasildar (RR) and Government Pleader are present. The parties have settled the dispute. The petitioner will pay an additional amount of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand only) to the 4th respondent on or before 28-2-2007 by a Demand Draft drawn in favour of the 4th respondent payable at Poovar. On this amount which is arrived at for settlement between the parties, the Government will not have any claim for collection charges. The 2nd respondent-Commissioner will withdraw the Revenue Recovery requisitions and when the 4th respondent or petitioner reports the above payment. The 2nd respondent will also pay the amount of Rs.21,496/- (Rupees Twenty one thousand four hundred and ninety six only) to the 4th respondent. OP NO.7277/2003 -2- In case of failure to pay this amount within the time stated in this award the Original Petition will stand dismissed.
