The University's counsel, who tooknotice at admission stage, submitted that transfer is only to aplace 14 KMs away from the present station of the appellant.
Operative part
We therefore do not find any serious grievance for theappellant as she can commute even to the new place to whichshe is transferred. However, in view of the litigation, if theappellant could not join so far, she should be allowed to jointomorrow or day after tomorrow; and if there is any delay injoining by then, no action should be taken against her. This Writ Appeal is dismissed. (C.N.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, JUDGE) (BABU MATHEW P.JOSEPH, JUDGE)jg
