J.M.JAMES, J. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -B.A. No. 6471 of 2006 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Dated this the 1st day of November, 2006O R D E RThe petitioner was arrested on 30/09/2006, for theoffence punishable under Section 55(g) of the Abkari Act, inC.R.No.173/2006 of Chengannur Excise Range. The petitioner is injudicial custody from that day onwards.2. After hearing both sides, I grant bail to thepetitioner and release him from jail, imposing the followingconditions:-i.The petitioner shall execute a bondfor Rs.25,000/-, with two solvent sureties each forthe like sum, to the satisfaction of the JudicialMagistrate of the First Class-II, Chengannur.ii. The petitioner shall report beforethe Investigating Officer, once in a week, on everyMonday, between 10 a.m and 11 a.m, for a period ofthree months, starting from 06/11/2006.(J.M.JAMES)Judgems
