O R D E RThe petitioners 1 and 2 are the accused 1 and 6,in crime No.120/2005 of Nattukal Police Station. Theoffence alleged against them are under Section 395 IPC.2.I heard both sides. In the facts andcircumstances of this case, I direct the petitioners tosurrender before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mannarkkad, on 10.7.2006 at 11.00 a.m and move anapplication for bail, after serving copy of the same, to theAPP.
