After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader and the learned counsel appearing for the 3 rd respondent, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to finalise the proceedings in S.M. Nos.9369 of 1977 and 9370 of 1977 as directed in Exts.P10 and P11 judgments as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and all the parties to the proceedings. With the above said direction, writ petition is disposed of.
