Operative part
As regard 2.22 Ares of property comprised in W.P.(C).No.3826 of 2024 4 survey No.142/1, since the District Collector has issued Ext.P4 order to accept tax, I find no reason why the request made by the petitioner in Ext.P6 to receive tax in respect of the property covered by Ext.P4 order be considered in the light of Ext.P4 order. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to take up Ext.P6 request made by the petitioner and finalize the same in accordance with the direction contained in Ext.P4 order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. sd/- VIJU ABRAHAM, JUDGE W.P.(C).No.3826 of 2024 5 APPENDIX OF WP(C) 3826/2024 PETITIONER'S EXHIBITS Exhibit P1 Exhibit P2 Exhibit P3 Exhibit P4 Exhibit P5 Exhibit P6 TRUE COPY OF THE ORDER OF WRIT PETITION NO. 16292/2019 DATED 1/12/2021 TRUE COPY OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF TAHSILDAR NO.
