be considered and disposed of within a period of 5 days from the date of receipt of the application.
The learned Government Pleader upon instructions submitted that based on the request made by the petitioners a site inspection was conducted and it was revealed that the property has not been demarcated and that further action in this regard can be taken only on the basis of the sketch prepared by the Taluk Surveyor and thereupon application and other connected documents were forwarded to the office of the 1st respondent on 18.12.2023. It is further submitted W.P.(C).No.145 of 2024 4 upon instruction that after demarcation of the property and on the basis of the Taluk Surveyor's sketch, request for issuance of a demarcation certificate will be considered.
