This Writ Appeal coming on for preliminary hearing this day, N.K.PATIL J., delivered the following: JUDGMENT Though this matter is posted for non-compliance of office objections, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the appellants submits that, the subject matter involved in this appeal is covered by the judgment of this Court in Writ 3 Appeal No.6450/2011 disposed of on 17/09/2012. Therefore, she submits that this appeal also may be disposed of. Submission of learned Additional Government Advocate is placed on record. Following the judgment in Writ Appeal No.6450/2011 disposed of on 17/09/2012, this appeal stands disposed of on the same terms. In view of disposal of the appeal, I.A.1/12 and I.A.3/12 filed for dispensation of production of translation copy and stay, respectively, do not survive for consideration and they are disposed of as having become infructuous.
