ORDER When the matter had come up for consideration on 14/02/2012, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought time to report settlement regarding handing over of Rs.13,000/- by way of demand draft drawn in favour of the respondent bank. Hence, the matter was ordered to be posted today.

#2. When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Sri. T.N. Nadaf and Sri. Manjunath Meled, have handed over the demand draft dated 21/02/2012 bearing No.866332 for a sum of Rs.13,000/- drawn in favour of Merchants Co-operative Credit Society Limited-respondent to the learned counsel for the respondent The said demand draft Is duly acknowledged by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. Therefore, both the counsel submit that the petition 4 3 may be disposed of as the dispute is amicably settled between the parties in full and final settlement of the claim. The submission as stated supra Is placed on record. The matter stands disposed of as settled amicably between the parties. Sd/s JUDGE
