DEPUTY COMMISSIONER OF PRE-UNIVERSITY EDUCATION, MALLESHWARAM, 18TH CROSS, BENGALURU. …RESPONDENTS THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, SEEKING CERTAIN RELIEFS. THIS WRIT PETITION IS LISTED FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, AN ORDER IS MADE AS UNDER: ORAL ORDER When the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, either personally or through video conferencing. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:4563 WP No. 147030 of 2020 The petition is listed today for orders regarding non- compliance of office objections for the fifth time. A perusal of the daily order sheet reflects that, the petition was listed on 09.09.2022, on that day, two weeks time was granted to comply with the office objections. Thereafter, the petition was listed on several dates and sufficient time was granted to comply with the office objections. Despite granting time, office objections are not complied with. A perusal of the entire order sheet reflects that despite granting sufficient opportunities, the office objections are not complied with. Furthermore, the petition is of the year 2020. Now we are in the month of March 2025. The petition is pending for almost five years. As already noted above, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, either personally or through video conferencing. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non- prosecution and also for non-compliance of office objections.
