As regards Auditor's fee is concerned, the same is fixed by this Court by its order dated 08.06.2007 passed in OLR No.211 of 2007. In the instant case also, the same is permitted to be paid to the Auditors.
The requirement, as contemplated under Section 462(5) of the Companies Act, is dispensed with.
