1. The petitioner has sought for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider representation at Annexure-A dated 14.10.2024.

2. Petitioner has made a representation alleging that the private respondent has put up construction without adhering to the requirements in the setback area in terms of the BBMP bye-laws and regulations.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the private respondent that as against the order passed under Section 248(3) of the BBMP Act, 2020 (for short 'The Act'), they have filed an appeal before the Chief Commissioner in - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:16784 WP No. 27782 of 2024 Appeal No.306/2024. In light of the same further adjudication is not called.
