11.06.2024 passed by learned Single Judge while disposing of the writ petition, the petitioner-complainant was permitted to make one more representation to respondent No.3-the Commissioner, City Municipal Council, Ramanagara District, for change of khata in his name. The present contempt petition filed alleging non- compliance of the said order.
2. Today when the contempt petition came up for consideration, learned Senior Advocate Mr. N. Devhadass for the respondents files the compliance affidavit along with which produced is the endorsement dated 05.02.2025 which rejected the representation of the complainant.
