It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on either side that the dispute between the parties has been settled and that they have entered into a compromise, which has been recorded in the compromise petition. It is submitted that the appeal may be disposed of recording compromise and decree may be drawn up accordingly.
#3. It is further submitted that the sketch of the property in question is also drawn up for proper - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:25971-DB RFA No. 2043 of 2022 HC-KAR identification and that the sketch may also be considered as a part of compromise petition.
#4. The parties are present before us and are duly identified by their respective counsel.
#5. In the above view of the matter, compromise petition filed by the parties is taken on record and same is accepted.
