Sri.B Vijay Shetty, learned counsel has filed memo for retirement and the same reads as follows: <The undersigned counsel in the above case most respectfully submitting the petitioner has taken the NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from me in the Vakalath along with entire file by affixing his signature on the acknowledgement, in the above case on 09-03-2026. The copy of the said acknowledgement is also herewith produced for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble court. Hence my name may kindly be deleted from the position of Advocate for the petitioner in the above case to meet the ends of justice and equity=.
