NO. 71/2016 PASSED BY THE LABOUR COURT, MYSORE (ANNEXURE-K). THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED. CONCILIATION ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the award passed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Mysuru in Reference No.71/2016 dated 14.12.2017 Vide Annexure-K.

#2. The respondent - Syed Mohammed Fazil, party-in-person is present. After Negotiations, the parties have arrived at settlement. Accordingly, both the parties have filed a Joint Memo duly signed before the Lok Adalath. The said Joint Memo reads as follows: "The WP filed against the Award in REF NO.71/2016 on the file of the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Mysuru, dated 14.12.2017 has been referred to this Lok Adalat by the Hon'ble High Court U/S 20 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987. The parties to the appeal have settled their claim before the Lok Adalat on the following terms: 3 The Petitioner - KSRTC has agreed to reinstate the Respondent - workman into service with continuity of service, without consequential benefits, without back wages from the date of dismissal (30/09/2014) till the date of actual reinstatement. This settlement will not come in the way of corporation reopening the cases which were filed on account of dismissal of the respondent. Respondent - Workman has agreed for the said settlement".

#3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of modifying the Award dated 14.12.2017 passed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Mysuru in Ref. No.71/2016 vide Annexure 'K'.
