Chikmagalur, in his order dated 15.12.2011 in CrLA.No.165/2011 while suspending the conviction sentence, fine amount passed by the I Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Chikmagalur in C.C.No. 142 1/2006 order dated 31.10.2011. This petition coming on for admission this day, Court made the following: ORDER When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that, time granted by the I—appellate court to deposit the fine amount has already expired. Therefore, if one month time is granted, petitioner would deposit the fine amount with the trial court. His submission is recorded.
#2. The benefit of interim order passed by the I—appellate court would be available to the petitioner, if he were to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- with the trial court within a period of one month from today.
#3. The petition is accordingly dismissed. Np! Sd/ JUDGE
