FOR R-1) This Writ Appeal is filed under Section 4 of the Karnataka High Court Act, 1961, prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to set aside the order dated 11th September 2008 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P. No. 9728/2006 and allow the appeal. This writ appeal coming on for hearing this day, K.L.MANJUNATH. J., delivered the following : JUDGMENT The appellant's Counsel continuously absent. The learned Counsel for the respondents submit that the appeal has become infructuous on account of the order passed in CO.P. No.142/2004 dated 31st August 2010, wherein the Company Court has ordered to wind up the Company. The Official Liquidator attached to High Court has been directed to take over the properties of the Company. The Company Petition was filed by the Reserve Bank of India, which is the 1st respondent in this appeal. He further 3 submits that the order of the Company Judge has been confirmed by the Division Bench in O.S.A. No.36/2010 on 14th January 2011.
