No. 19378/2005 and grant relief as prayed in W.P. No.19378/2005. This Writ Appeal coming on for Preliminary Hearing this day, K.L.MANJUNATH. J., delivered the following : JUDGMENT The parties have settled the dispute amicably. The appellant has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs only) in full and final settlement of the claim made by the respondent excluding the terminal benefits payable by the appellant to the respondent. The respondent has also agreed to receive the same.

Accordingly, a joint memo is signed by both the parties and their respective Advocates is filed. A cheque for Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs only) is also paid by the Advocate for the appellant to the respondent.

In view of the settlement, the respondent has agreed to withdraw the contempt petition filed by him in C.C. No.360/2012. The settlement arrived at between the parties is exclusive of terminal benefits payable by the appellant to the respondent and the appellant's Counsel has agreed to settle the terminal benefits within four weeks 3 from today. Any formalities to be complied by the respondent shall be complied forthwith by him. Four weeks time is granted to settle the claim.
